About Stephanie

Raised in an Air Force family and married to an Army veteran, I understand relocation, transition, and the challenges that come with starting over. Military moves that shaped my life and inspired my passion for helping others navigate new beginnings.

Today, I'm a Realtor with RE/MAX Alliance serving Colorado buyers, sellers, veterans, military families, first time homebuyers and those navigating life transitions. I'm also the co-owner of HomeTeam Inspection Service with my husband Nick, a retired Army veteran and Certified Master Inspector.

My goal is simple: provide guidance, resources, and support so clients feel informed and confident through every stage of relocation and homeownership.
